Summary:
The primary purpose of your job is to assess resident's needs, develop an individualized care plan, administer nursing care, evaluate nursing care and supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care. Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our community, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services or designee to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Nursing Policies and Procedures.Qualification/
Responsibilities:
Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of employment or possess a valid compact license. Provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants Accurately administers medication and treatment to residents per Physician orders. Follows all required protocols, policies, and regulations related to medication administration. Maintain comprehensive documentation on required charting, medication/treatment administration, incidents/accidents, Physician orders, admission/transfer/discharge, weights/vitals, etc. Must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Shift & Wage:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
