has an exciting new opportunity for experienced Customer Service Agents and Debt Collectors! We are currently seeking candidates with strong customer service skills to join our growing team of call center agents.
Candidates must have the ability to respond to a variety of incoming customer telephone calls related to servicing mortgage loans in a call center environment.
Our agents must possess the ability to respond to customers' inquiries and communicate information in an effective manner.
Responsibilities include collecting mortgage payments, processing payments and offering/updating customer expenses.
Punctuality and strong attendance are a must for this position.
The training and the position are fully remote! We are currently looking for candidates in the states of Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia only.
