has an exciting new opportunity for new Customer Service Agents! We are currently seeking candidates with phone and customer service skills to join our new team of call center agents.
Candidates must have the ability to respond to a variety of incoming and outgoing customer telephone calls related to servicing mortgage loans in a call center environment.
Our agents must possess the ability to respond to customers' inquiries and communicate information in an effective manner.
Punctuality and strong attendance are a must for this remote position.
The training and the position are fully remote! We are currently looking for candidates in the states of Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia only.
The Job:
For the first 30 to 45 days, the job will be to take incoming calls for a local bank, answering simple questions to the best of your ability, and transferring customers to the appropriate department once you've answered all questions adequately.
After 30 to 45 days, you will enter a two-week training period to be trained as a credit card representative, responsible for incoming and outgoing calls regarding the setup, management, termination, and bill payments, and collections for current/active customers.
