These Departments support vehicles sales by facilitating indirect financing, offering buyer protection products and finalizing vehicle purchase transactions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS MAY INCLUDE:
Financing Support Submit incoming credit applications with available lenders.
Receive and process buyer deposits.
Sales Documentation Aid sales staff in obtaining all documentation from buyers necessary to complete a transaction.
Complete and print all paperwork necessary to complete vehicle sales transaction.
Deal Finalization Submit loan contracts for funding.
Prepare vehicle title and registration documentation for submission to state bureaus.
File finalized deal documentation.
Insurance Product Sales Prepare and submit contracts for purchased products, including extended warranty protection, guaranteed asset protection (GAP), prepaid maintenance, etc.
Maintain Industry Knowledge Obtain and/or maintain notary commission following probationary period.
Understand and keep abreast of federal, state, and location regulations that affect their role.
Understand equity and values, and competently apply them when structuring a deal for signing.
Continue dealership and OEM-provided education through on-site demonstrations and online classes.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Business Hours:
Tuesday - Thursday, 10AM-7PM, Friday - Saturday, 10AM-5PM.
Associates are expected to report and leave 15-minutes before opening and after closing, respectively.
